Is it possible to implement wedding system at Core server?

The NPC has detailed instructions, I think both characters should have done a quest. There was a thread on this forum somewhere.

Both chars must have quest complete be near eachother wear formal wear and be in their friend list. Unless the circumstances have been changed in the server settings. Also ensure you have the right amount of cash.
