Global Chat

In the current state of the server Global chat and Trade chat seems to be region or range based. Will their visibility be changed to be visible via all online players or will it remain Region/Range fixed?

We stick to the original game, chat has always been in region. I won't change. Only hero voices are visible to everyone on the server.
