Crystal Scroll: Enchant

Are there any plans of implementing the Crystal scrolls into the game, as you do so plan doing with fortresses.

These scrolls, as far as I remember, are from some events, they are currently not used on our servers.
At this time, no upgrade of the fortresses is planned.
