is there any restriction of how many chars can have in game, have big problem to log 4, 3 go normally, but 4th take me allot of effort to log

Only on the classic server there is a limit of 1 dual box, on the other servers there is none! I doubt it's a problem with your PC, it's certainly much better than the PCs when the game came out. Rather, I think some settings on the router can cause this problem. And try downloading the game again - in a new folder, and deleting the old ones.

every night when enter for 1st time - 4th account cant go about 10min. i change game client - download client from forum but same story. this is from end of December. before not happen.
